Ready for a throw down? Well, how about just a little friendly competition?

On three Sundays during Lent this year, we'll meet after church for a snack and a short devotion. While Pastor Steve will take care of the devotion, all of the rest of us will provide the snacks with a catch...we'll vote for the best snack.

The first of these events will take place on February 28. Everyone is asked to bring an appetizer to share (along with the recipe) and we will all judge them, pick the winner, and then post the winner on the website.

The food item for March 14 and March 28 will be announced later. Again, both Sundays will have a special snack after service and a little competition...just a little bit...for the favorite recipe.
